When using the Hot Water Extraction method (HWE) your carpet will dry in about 4 to 5 hours. When utilizing the Very Low Moisture method (VLM) your carpet will dry in 1 to 3 hours
. We will try our best to remove any spots, however, some of them will not come off due to the nature of the stain, the time it has been in the carpet fiber or if a stain has been set due to the use of inadequate cleaning substances.
Most of the jobs will take about 30 min per area, depending on the condition of the carpet.

Yes. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, you have a two week guarantee, during which we will come back and re-clean the area or areas of concern.
